RETURN & EXCHANGE

- Return and exchange are only applicable for item(s) that are defected or damaged from our side, with tags still attached or mistaken delivery
- Return & Exchanges can be made within 7 working days from arrival of package for local delivery , 30 days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.after item received with official receipt with tags still attached
- Items purchased during sales and promotions are non returnable, non-refundable and non exchangeable and are not allowed for size/design exchanges. Please refer to the size chart available before making any purchase
- Products are purchased through the RR by Rizman Ruzaini website or offline store
- Exchanges of item subject to stock availability and only allowed for the same item, color and size
- We will not be responsible for item(s) that are purchased through personal shopper, and scammers, and unauthorized agent
- Your products can be exchanged only once (ONE TIME ONLY)
- We do reserve the right not to allow the return or exchange of products of any transactions although the condition above is met
- Refunds will be made in store credit for the same amount of the product price that was originally purchased, within 14 working days
- Pre-ordered items cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or have size changes
How do I return?
Any issues with your purchase, including the need for returns, exchanges, addressing defects, or receiving the wrong item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: When contacting Customer Care, please provide detailed information about your order, including the order number and a clear description of the issue you are facing
3. Assistance Process: Our Customer Care team will guide you through the necessary steps for return, exchange, or resolution of defects or wrong items
What items are returnable ?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment:
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
Items are not allowed to exchange if:
- Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
- Item that has been wash, altered and iron. (Shorten / hemmed)
- Item that have stain such as make up stain, food, pen and etc
- Item defected caused by customer
- Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
- Exceed 7 days from date of received item
- Item with no price tag or label
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
REFUND
- Refund is available for faulty items within 7 days from the date of the item purchased or after the parcel is received. Refund will be made in the form of store credit for the same amount of the product price that was originally purchased.
- Your refund (store credit) will be processed within 14 working days and will be notified via email.
- Customer will be entitled to a refund in the event of the customer received a parcel with a missing item, faulty item, the item ordered is out of stock, and item requested to be exchanged is out of stock.
- The terms are not applicable for sales and promotional items.
1.0 Cancellation by Customer: Non - Faulty Product
i) If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp at 01136641475.
ii) No cancellation fees shall be applicable.
iii) Once an order has been placed, it can’t be cancelled. It will be immediately processed by our third-party warehouse. Hence, changes are not possible.
iv) If you requested a refund, we will refund you in terms of store credit.
2.0 Cancellation by Customer: Faulty Product
i) All product descriptions, information and materials posted on the website are provided 'as is' and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
ii) Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
iii) If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team (help@rizmanruzaini.my) and provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement.
iv) Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.
v) In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.
3.0 Defective / Faulty Items
This is mightily embarrassing, and we will have them all covered. We are very sorry and will make it up to you in any possible way! Please drop us an email (help@rizmanruzaini.my) with the following details:
i) Order ID (#XXXXXX)
ii) The matter of the issue (defective or faulty)
iii) Pictures or videos, whichever is applicable.
iv) Option for a full refund or exchange with the same value item.
v) If you requested a refund, we will refund you in terms of store credit.
